The Hauser Policy Impact Fund Webinar Series: Navigating the Era of Artificial Intelligence Part 2: The Role of Social Sciences

This two-part webinar series will explore DBASSE’s expertise in artificial intelligence and highlight the value of social and behavioral science perspectives.
This session will expand the discussions from part 1 of this webinar series to consider an array of topics where the social and behavioral sciences are critical to understanding the societal impacts of artificial intelligence. Each panelist brings a unique perspective on AI as it pertains to specific use cases or priorities, and the emergent discussion will address large-scale societal questions about the integration of AI. Discussions will center around the role of social sciences in understanding AI, as well as the role of policymakers at all levels in addressing the potential benefits and harms.
