APC Fall Member Meeting
October 23 - October 24
The Fall APC meeting will be held October 23-24, 2025 at the University of Colorado Boulder. We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Boulder and hosting this meeting.

Hotel
A block of rooms (for Thursday and Friday nights) is reserved at the Moxy Boulder, 1247 Pleasant St, Boulder, CO, just a block from the meeting and reception venues, at a rate of $249/night. Please make your own reservation online using this link: Book your group rate for Association of Population Centers (APC). The deadline to make reservations is Monday, 9/15. Please contact Leslie (leslie.j.root@colorado.edu) with questions about the hotel/booking, or alternate accommodation suggestions.
Getting There
Boulder is about 40 miles from Denver International Airport. Taking the RTD-Denver airport shuttle bus is an efficient and affordable ($10) way to make the connection. Tickets can be purchased via the RTD mobile app; the Broadway-Euclid stop is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The Eight Black private shuttle can be booked in advance and offers door-to-door service for $59. More transportation information is available here.

Please try to come in person if possible. However, there will be a zoom option for the meeting. Zoom details will be provided at a later date. Please let us know you will attend virtually on the RSVP form.
