NICHD supports many resources and tools for researchers.
Featured This Month:
Contraceptive Infertility Target Database (CITDBase)
CITDBase enables researchers to search for genes, proteins, and other molecules that could be developed into new contraceptive methods and infertility treatments. This free, public resource was created through the Contraceptive Development Program in the NICHD Division of Population Health Research. Using the interface, researchers can mine existing transcriptomic and proteomic resources, as well as several public databases on the human genome, proteins, and RNA, to identify high-quality contraceptive/infertility targets.
