CVFS Webinar Series: COVID-19 2021 Pilot

A 2021-2022 Chitwan Valley Family Study Webinar Series event.
Sabrina Hermosilla, Research Investigator, Population Studies Center, ISR, University of Michigan. “CVFS COVID-19 2021 Pilot.” This webinar will review the methods and primary findings from the COVID-19 CVFS Pilot Study implemented in the first quarter of 2021. This study explored the physical, social, and economic disruptions caused by COVID-19 prevention measures within households of the CVFS. There will be a Q&A session after the presentation.

The webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required to attend the webinar.

The CVFS Webinar Series is a free research education program. The series uses the CVFS as an example to teach participants about the field of international population research in low-income and lower-middle-income international settings. Learn how to conduct research to 1) determine population dynamics across different populations; 2) predict the future of global population trends; and 3) test hypotheses across widely varying context and determine the limits on forces producing population change.
