Job Description
The Population Science Training Program at the Carolina Population Center is designed to produce scientists who are prepared to become leaders in population health fields. The program is structured around a close mentoring relationship between the postdoctoral scholar and their mentor, customized to fit the goals of both. We are currently accepting applications for a T32-funded postdoctoral traineeship. The term of appointment is one year and will start in July/August 2025. A second year of training is expected, contingent on performance and continued funding. Applicants must have received their PhD in a population-related field of study before the start of the traineeship and must be a US citizen or permanent resident. All application materials are due on or before December 18th, 2024.
