Job Description
The Carolina Population Center’s Biosocial Training Program is an interdisciplinary program that trains scientists to move across disciplinary boundaries to understand the complex factors that influence health and health disparities across the life course. Postdoctoral Scholars in the program work closely with mentors and receive interdisciplinary training to work across disciplines and lead the next generation of population health researchers. We are currently accepting applications for a T32-funded postdoctoral traineeship. The term of appointment is one year and will start in July/August 2025. A second year of training is expected, contingent on performance and continued funding. Applicants must have received their PhD before the start of the traineeship and must be a US citizen or permanent resident. PhDs from any academic program are eligible to apply. All application materials are due on or before December 18th, 2024.
